Delivery and Payment

  1. Delivery Terms
    All products ordered from Swiss Formula. are delivered from DHL, free of charge, to the Customer’s specified address within Greece. Delivery is typically completed within 15 calendar days from the registration of the order in the Supplier’s system.
  2. Force Majeure / Delays
    Delivery times are indicative. The Supplier shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, wars, natural disasters, transport interruptions, or other force majeure events.
  3. Order Confirmation and Payment
  • Any offer provided by the Supplier is converted into an order once the Customer deposits 50% of the total order value into the Supplier’s corporate bank account.
  • Orders are recorded in the Supplier’s system only after the deposit is received.
  • Final payment, including the remaining 50% of the order value plus applicable VAT, is required before delivery of the products.
  1. Risk Transfer
    Risk for the products transfers to the Customer upon delivery at the specified address. The Customer is responsible for verifying the condition of the products upon receipt.
  2. Additional Costs
    There are no additional charges for standard delivery within Greece. Any special requests or services outside the standard delivery procedure may incur extra costs, which will be communicated to the Customer in advance.
  3. Customer Responsibilities
  • The Customer must ensure that the delivery address is correct and accessible.
  • Any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the Customer will not extend the Supplier’s liability for delivery times.
